- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines
- Optimize data workflows to ensure efficiency, reliability
- Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements and enable advanced analytics
- Implement and manage data infrastructure
- Ensure data quality, and governance across all data assets
- Automate data processes using ETL frameworks, scripting, and orchestration tools
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in data engineering, consultant, or a related field, preferably within the Pharma or Life Sciences industry
- Experience with SQL, Python or any another tool for data processing
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools, data warehouses
- Experience with big data technologies is a plus
- Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data governance principles
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
