-Provide expert-level knowledge transfer, mentoring, and advisory services to clients on SAS system administration
-Monitor, start, stop, and manage SAS servers and spawners
-Administer and maintain SAS metadata repositories, including regular backups and access control
-Use SAS Management Console (SMC) to manage metadata, user permissions, and library configurations
-Troubleshoot SAS server issues including connectivity, authentication, and performance bottlenecks
-Monitor system resources (CPU, RAM, disk, ports) and optimize server performance
