-Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer stage
-Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and align on selection criteria
-Source and attract talent through LinkedIn, networking, and talent pipelines
-Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates
-Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and guidance through the entire process
-Coordinate interviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement
-Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) data, manage job postings, and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data protection
-Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights to stakeholders
-Represent the company at recruiting events and support employer branding initiatives
-Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strengthen the talent pipeline

-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
-2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in international or corporate environments
-Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
-Ability to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders
-Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
-Ability to build and maintain professional networks and talent pipelines
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
-Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
