Application Support Specialist - Komodo Health Platforms
-Provide L2 application support for Komodo Health platforms (KPP and MIC), ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs
-Monitor platform health and integrations proactively to identify and resolve issues before they impact users
-Manage day-to-day service requests, including report creation, user setup and access management, permission updates, and predefined data loads/validation, in alignment with security and compliance protocols
-Triage and escalate incidents related to Komodo and third-party applications to appropriate vendors or support teams
-Resolve bugs, handle ad-hoc requests, and perform troubleshooting and testing to ensure system reliability
-Troubleshoot integration issues and update APIs as required to maintain system interoperability
-Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and third-party technology partners to minimize disruption, ensure smooth platform operations, and align platform capabilities with business needs
-Promote continuous improvement through DevOps automation and platform enhancements
-Maintain and update GxP validation documentation to ensure all system changes meet regulatory and quality standards
-Document all system changes and maintain configuration baselines for audit readiness
-Standard working hours 09:00 – 17:00 CET

-Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
-At least 3 years of experience in system administration or application support, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences
-Analytical skills, with the ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive process improvements and automation
-Solid general IT knowledge (e.g. cloud/on-premises solutions, Azure, network, MSSQL/SQL, security setup) and ability to troubleshoot and support applications across infrastructure, database, and integration layers
-Knowledge of API integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting techniques
-Systematic, business-oriented approach, receptiveness to new technologies, good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
-Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders at different seniority levels remotely
-Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
-Good command of English (written and spoken)
-Nice to have (considered a big plus):
-Hands-on experience with Komodo Health platforms (especially KPP and MIC)
-Familiarity with Salesforce or other data-driven SaaS platforms
