Client Technical Services Level 1

- Acts as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance 

- This role involves logging and prioritizing support requests, resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues, and escalating more complex problems to higher-level teams 

- Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing user accounts, monitoring systems, and documenting solutions to common issues 

- The role ensures compliance with IT security protocols, supports routine system operations, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts 

- This position is critical for maintaining smooth IT operations and delivering timely, effective technical support

- A degree in IT, computer sciences or related field 

- Strong desire to learn and grow in a technical team environment 

- Very good knowledge of English   

- With 1- 2 years of experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply! 

- Excellent communication skills – you enjoy helping others and do so professionally  

- Empathy and patience – you know how to make customers feel heard and understood  

- Strong organizational skills – you work in a structured and detail-oriented way 

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must
