- Manage work packages or smaller projects independently with minimal guidance, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
- Apply traditional project management principles (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) to structure, plan, and execute projects in the life sciences sector
- Lead specific project components such as risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project documentation
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive issue resolution

- Hands-on experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Exposure to project governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks
- Strong knowledge of PMI or PRINCE2 methodologies, including project lifecycle, work breakdown structures (WBS), and scheduling
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA
