Managed Services

Functional & Application Support Specialist for Veeva Vault Medical CRM

- Incident Management and Service Request Support 

- Problem Management 

- Operational Change & Configuration Management (including implementing configuration changes) 

- System Administration and Validation 

- Knowledge Management 

- Service Asset & Configuration Management 

- Data Management (handling data change requests, imports, and extractions) 

- Continuous Improvement Processes 

-  Hands-on support to the client’s users and facilitate knowledge transfer to support engineers on our team

- 5+ years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing CRM software (e.g., Veeva Vault Medical CRM or Salesforce). 

- Understanding of ITSM practices. 

- Proficiency in Data Management and Data Stewardship. 

- Background in science or clinical research. 

- Understanding of Territory Management and Alignments. 

- Familiarity with Medical Science Liaison (MSL) activities, including interactions with KOLs, HCPs, and researchers. 

- Effective communication of clinical data with MSLs. 

- Understanding of clinical trial design, data analysis, and scientific literature. 

- Experience in customer-facing roles, managing customer expectations. 

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent work skills. 

- Excellent communication skills (English). 

- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow). 

- Relevant Veeva certifications. 

- Experience with Veeva Vault Medical CRM, including troubleshooting on iPads is a plus 

- Experience with Veeva MedComms is a plus.  

- Familiarity with Veeva Network and Veeva Open Data and ITIL certification are a plus
