Operations

Contract Manager

Contract Management

- Draft, review, and negotiate contractual documents (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and others).

- Oversee contract management activities across projects and accounts, ensuring alignment with account strategies and client priorities.

- Collaborate with account leads, commercial stakeholders, and business teams to support client needs and objectives.

- Independently implement contract management processes, tools, and templates across specific projects, accounts, or the organization.

- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, organizational policies, and agreed terms.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, sales, and delivery teams.

- Act as a liaison between the organization and clients to ensure seamless contract management and adherence to agreed terms.

Risk Identification and Escalation

- Identify commercial and contractual risks and issues across projects and accounts and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.

- Draft and review risk and issue management reports.

Process Implementation

- Ensure adherence to the organization’s contract management processes, tools, and templates.

- Regularly review and improve contract management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Training and Knowledge Sharing

- Provide guidance and training to project teams on contract management practices and tools.

- Share best practices and lessons learned to enhance contract management capabilities across the organization.

- University education (Master's degree) in law or business administration.

- In-depth knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and monitoring contracts, ideally in a IT and tech industry.

- Familiarity with various contract types, such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests (CRs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and subcontracts.

- Ability to ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable laws (if required, with the support of an external counsel), and contractual obligations.

- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favourable outcomes while maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors.

- Ability to find win-win solutions that align with organizational goals and delivery requirements.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders (e.g., account leads, project managers, legal, and finance teams) and external clients.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex contractual information clearly and effectively.

- Ability to manage multiple contracts, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.

- Attention to detail and business acumen.

- Can-Do attitude.
