As a Business Development Specialist, you will work with our MedTech and Digital Health clients to co-develop and execute effective sales strategies targeting B2B clients in the life science and public health sectors. Your role is focused on building a robust sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients through various channels, ultimately driving deal closures.

- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to co-create a targeted sales strategy tailored to our MedTech and Digital Health focus
- Define and refine the criteria for lead qualification and pipeline management in alignment with company objectives
- Identify prospective clients by researching and sourcing leads from relevant markets
- Build and maintain a detailed pipeline of contacts, ensuring the list is continuously updated and segmented based on predefined criteria
- Regularly evaluate the pipeline to prioritize high-potential prospects
- Initiate contact with potential clients using a mix of channels, including email, phone, and social media
- Conduct first-round conversations to understand prospects’ needs and position our clients value proposition effectively
- Work diligently to convert leads into closed deals by managing the sales process from first contact to deal closure
- Support internal teams in identifying potential client opportunities and contribute to converting them into structured projects
- Present confidently and professionally in client meetings including to senior and executive stakeholders

- A Bachelor’s degree from an eight-semester program (or equivalent) in business, life sciences, or engineering is required
- Experience in selling consulting / managed services into the Pharma / MedTech industry is a must
- A strong self-driven approach with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, ideally with at least 2 years of relevant evidence
- Ability & drive to work independently while aligning with internal strategies and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with potential clients at various levels of seniority.
- Comfortable presenting in front of clients and negotiating with various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and persuasion
- Ability to co-develop internal strategies and execute them meticulously
- Capable of integrating feedback and data to continuously improve sales tactics and overall performance
- An established network or familiarity with the industry is a significant plus, aiding in the identification of high-quality leads
- Proficient using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other applications etc.
