Senior Consultant Organisational Change Management
- Active management, support, and delivery of client projects in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Development of strategic change initiatives & implementation of change management at companies
- Lead, support and deliver change processes
- Management of methodically structured OCM initiatives
- Responsible for the development and implementation of communication strategies, sponsor roadmaps, trainings and resistance management
- Management of project resources and stakeholders
- Timely management of client deliverables
- Support customers in defining new functional roles and responsibilities
- Mentor and train other consultants and support them in their personal development
- Coaching project team members, leadership, sponsors, and middle management
- Client-relationship management of existing and new clients and active support with the Arcondis business development

- Master’s degree in business administration, economics, life science or any other related field
- At least 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development and/or cultural change projects (preferably in life sciences and consulting)
- Good knowledge of OCM techniques, methodologies and tools, e.g. Kotter, PCI, Prosci
- Good knowledge of project management (processes, methodologies, and tools)
- Solution-oriented, innovator, and forward thinker
- Good conceptual, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and outcome driven
- Strong facilitator, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Skilled at developing and delivering customer presentations and communications
