- Consult customers with best practices in designing and digitalizing their Customer Services, creating Omnichannel Engagement experience for HCPs, patients and other key stakeholders
- Independently lead project implementation teams, from business analysts to developers, owning end-to-end project delivery
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, customer journeys, and digital touchpoints to design and implement tailored engagement strategies
- Lead the development of services on digital transformation strategies for MedTech clients, with a particular focus on customer services
- Support the growth of Arcondis’ offerings in the MedTech and Diagnostics sector, including the creation of new service packages and go-to-market strategies
- Stay up-to-date on trends and innovations in customer service and engagement technologies within MedTech, incorporating these insights into client recommendations

- 5-8 years of experience in customer engagement, digital transformation, digital/omnichannel marketing or customer service strategy within the Healthcare, Pharma or MedTech industries
- Strong understanding of customer service operations and digital engagement channels
- Proven track record in designing and executing omnichannel strategies for customer-facing functions
- Familiarity with the regulatory environments governing MedTech and healthcare industries
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams
- A flexible and proactive mindset, with the ability to work in multiple fields and adapt to new challenges
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
