About the role
As a Commercial Trainee at Arcondis, you will embark on an intensive and structured one-year program designed to equip you with the skills and experience needed to excel in a commercial role. The Commercial Organization will be your primary focus, where you will gain hands-on experience in business development, client management, and commercial strategy execution. Additionally, you will rotate through other organizational units—such as Operations, Finance, and Consulting, to gain a broader understanding of the business and enhance your cross-functional collaboration skills.
